Director of Home Care Services
The Director of Home Care Services will implement lead and update processes and systems to ensure compliance with standards from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) with a focus on improved quality and impact of Home Care programs.
Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt (35 hour/week) position. We offer a hybrid work schedule (once training is complete.) No nights or weekends.

Job Activities
Job activities of the position are below. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
- Review overall contractual compliance and address issues related to Home Care programs
- Lead in supervising, mentoring, and training managers
- Lead designation review process for homecare and create and implement corrective action plans (if necessary)
- Develop, maintain and implement policies and procedures related to Home Care programs
- Monitor program budgets and spending
- Work with outside counsel to support compliance and legal issues
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing or related field with at least 5-7 years of senior management and supervisory experience in a health care or human services setting
or
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with at least 7-10 years of senior management and supervisory experience in a health care or human services setting.
- In-depth understanding of the Home Care industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in a 501c3 organization and managing in a union environment strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels, including staff, board members and external partners
- Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven supervisory and project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple high priority objectives/projects
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to work effectively independently or as a team
